About the Role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic team player to join us as a full-time Groomer and Yard Support person. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard, both inside and out. You will develop a routine that keeps our Used and Demonstrator vehicles looking pristine. Additionally, you will greet customers on the yard with a friendly demeanor and assist the team with various tasks as needed. Requirements To be successful in this position, we are looking for someone who: - Takes pride in their work and demonstrates ownership and responsibility, with a strong attention to detail. - Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions. - Is willing to support fellow team members, often at a moment's notice. - Seeks a high-energy position that offers great job satisfaction. - Holds a clean driving record and possesses a full driving license (restricted minimum) and the ability to drive a manual vehicle. - Adheres to our philosophies and practices regarding water conservation and minimizing environmental impacts. - Has a good sense of humor and engages positively with both our team and customers. This role will involve, but is not limited to: - Cleaning vehicles inside and out. - Fueling vehicles. - Detailing cars in preparation for customer collection. - Driving vehicles between our locations. - Coordinating with customers and managing vehicle delivery. - Collaborating closely with our contractors and suppliers, including the service department, painters, and external groomers. While some experience in this field is beneficial, it is not essential. We prioritize the right attitude and personality for our team.
