About the Role We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the Wanaka office and support the growing workload as we approach 2025 and beyond. This position is ideal for a professional with at least five years of experience in the field. To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating effectively with contractors, clients, and project managers - Managing costs and ensuring financial accuracy - Leveraging strong technical skills to support project delivery - Coordinating with financial institutions when necessary - Proficiently using CostX for project estimations and contract management - Maintaining an exceptional attention to detail Joining our team means becoming part of an innovative and dynamic work environment located in the beautiful South Island.
