    About the Company We are Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR), a respected firm working with one of New Zealand's established PQS companies. Our client is known for their exceptional service and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients across Wanaka, Queenstown, Christchurch, and various projects on the North Island. They have a strong reputation in the construction industry and operate across multiple sectors, including light commercial, governmental, and residential projects, encompassing both new builds and fit-out schemes. About the Role We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the Wanaka office and support the growing workload as we approach 2025 and beyond. This position is ideal for a professional with at least five years of experience in the field. To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating effectively with contractors, clients, and project managers - Managing costs and ensuring financial accuracy - Leveraging strong technical skills to support project delivery - Coordinating with financial institutions when necessary - Proficiently using CostX for project estimations and contract management - Maintaining an exceptional attention to detail Joining our team means becoming part of an innovative and dynamic work environment located in the beautiful South Island. Requirements - A minimum of five years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven cost management and technical capabilities - Familiarity with CostX and contract management processes - A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Eligibility to work in New Zealand Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
