About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Queenstown, Otago. In this role, you will work alongside knowledgeable colleagues who value collaboration and a positive work environment. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience: - A minimum of 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying. - A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying. - Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This includes expertise in budgeting, cost control, and contract administration, preferably in the Otago region. - A strong background in managing client relationships, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
