We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking experienced Supervisors to join our teams across New Zealand, specifically in Whangarei, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Wellington, and Christchurch. About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations to ensure that customer requirements are met effectively. We are looking for motivated, energetic, and quick-thinking individuals who can lead a team and ensure that all work, contracts, and project plans are executed to the highest standards.
You will work collaboratively with other Supervisors and receive support from the Branch Manager. This position is diverse and entails regular communication with staff, suppliers, and clients through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A solid understanding of electrical and health and safety legislation
- An electrical trade qualification with appropriate registration with the EWRB and a current practicing license
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A current driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience in maintenance and fault finding, solar farm construction, and wastewater treatment would be advantageous
