About the Role We are currently seeking Electrical Trade Assistants for various commercial and residential builds throughout Auckland. This position presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the electrical trade, assist qualified electricians, and acquire valuable on-site exposure. We welcome candidates who are either at the beginning of their careers or those who bring prior site experience. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will support electricians with tasks such as cable pulling, tray work, and electrical fit-offs. You will operate hand and power tools under guidance and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Adhering to health and safety protocols is essential, as well as performing general laboring duties to assist the team. What You'll Bring While on-site experience in construction or electrical work is preferred, it is not essential. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, follow instructions, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Reliability, punctuality, and physical capability are important, as is the ability to work effectively within a team. Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain Site Safe, EWP, or ConstructSafe certifications.
