About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, you will engage in a dynamic mix of installations, preventative maintenance, and fault-finding across complex machinery, automation systems, and power distribution infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems across industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on motors, variable speed drives (VSDs), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), control panels, and switchboards.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Carry out preventative maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
- Adhere to all site safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, supervisors, and other trades on site.
What We're Looking For
- Registration: NZ-Registered Electrician with a current EWRB practicing license.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience.
- Skills: A strong understanding of motor controls, automation, and PLC fault-finding.
- Soft Skills: Reliability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Safety: A strong awareness of health and safety protocols in industrial settings.
