About the Role We are currently seeking Primary Care Relationship Managers to join our team in Dunedin. This role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with a competitive salary ranging from $88,560 to $105,165 per annum. Our Primary Care Relationship Managers play a vital role in maintaining our daily relationships with primary care teams. You will serve as a key point of contact for general practices and community providers, ensuring that our partnerships are reliable and trustworthy. To excel in this position, you should be well-informed, customer-centric, and possess excellent communication skills. A solid understanding of the primary health sector or experience as a business advisor would be highly advantageous. Position Objectives The responsibilities of the Primary Care Relationship Manager will include: - Identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies within general practice and community providers while supporting ongoing quality improvement. - Providing networking and connection opportunities and facilitating relationships with community partners. - Advising on and implementing the development of WellSouth’s funded clinical programs. - Supporting the achievement of national health targets or initiatives through our relationships with primary care providers. - Ensuring that the provider voice is heard and considered in our discussions and decisions. - Connecting general practices and community providers with relevant expert support. - Assisting general practices in meeting accreditation requirements. - Undertaking small project work as needed.
