About the Role We are excited to announce that applications are now open for our 2026 Graduate Intake, which will commence in February. Our two-year Commercial Graduate Programme is specifically designed to fast-track your career through real-world experience across various areas of our business, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and People & Culture. Throughout the programme, you will engage in multiple cross-functional rotations, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of how a major food business operates. You can expect hands-on projects, formal training, mentorship, and numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.
