About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to join our Wellington team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic group that takes on projects of varying scales and delivers them to high standards consistently. As an STMS, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate implementation of temporary traffic management plans. You will oversee the setup and takedown of road closures and diversions, lead toolbox talks and closure briefings with the crew, and communicate job details and expectations clearly to Traffic Management Officers (TMOs). Additionally, you will be expected to train and upskill our Traffic Controllers and junior STMS personnel while ensuring the safety of our team, subcontractors, and the general public.
