About the Role
We are looking for multiple Site Traffic Management Supervisors (STMS) to join our traffic division. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that plays a crucial role in the safe and efficient management of traffic around our construction sites. As an STMS, you will lead and support a team of traffic controllers, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful execution of our projects and the safety of all road users.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- STMS Qualification with Category A and B practicing
- A full clean New Zealand Driver's License, with Class 1 required and Class 2 desirable
- A strong safety-first attitude towards yourself, your team, and the public
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience mentoring and supervising teams
- Proven experience in the traffic industry
- A high level of physical fitness due to the demands of the role
- Reliability, honesty, and flexibility
