About the Role
We invite you to join our team in a full-time sales position in the Computers and Communication department at our Paraparaumu store. This role offers a competitive base wage along with uncapped commission, providing the potential for earnings of $29 or more per hour on average.
In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and cultivating lasting relationships with our customers to enhance their shopping experience. You will receive comprehensive training on our computer and communication products, allowing you to effectively leverage your knowledge when engaging with customers.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Selling computer and communication products and services
- Utilizing our point of sale and customer service system
- Maintaining the presentation of the computer and communication department
- Assisting with operational tasks, including stock takes
- Working across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
About You
We are seeking an effective communicator who is motivated to put in the effort and enjoy the rewards that come with it. With uncapped commission, you will have the opportunity to influence your own earnings.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- A quick learner with a genuine interest in the retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Previous retail sales and POS system experience is desirable
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
