We offer various services, including transport, refrigeration, and diesel services. Our locations span across Auckland, Hamilton, Napier, Tauranga, Nelson, Christchurch, Timaru, and Dunedin. About the Role We are excited to announce a career opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic and people-oriented team at our Tauranga depot. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Depot Management team. Position: Operations Supervisor Location: Sulphur Point, Tauranga Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday; 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Saturdays as required What You’ll Do In this challenging role, you will be an essential team member responsible for coordinating depot workflow and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will also assist with hands-on operations support, reporting directly to the Depot Management Team. This position requires confidence, initiative, and the ability to act independently. You will need to make decisions and take responsibility for them while ensuring we meet client expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. What We Need To be successful in this role, you should be punctual, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
