About the Role We are excited to offer an opportunity for a proactive and innovative Village Manager to lead our award-winning Princess Alexandra Retirement Village in Ahuriri, Napier. In this key position, you will oversee the operations of our integrated village, which includes independent living, serviced apartments, and residential care. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every resident receives exceptional and compassionate care. As the Village Manager, you will be supported by a dedicated senior management team and will have the chance to enhance your leadership skills through our esteemed Ryman Leaders development program. This role is vital in fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal growth within our community. About You We are looking for someone with a strong background in staff management and proven leadership capabilities. You are adept at building meaningful relationships, thanks to your positivity, approachability, and genuine people-first mindset. Your experience in leading and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams makes you well-suited for this dynamic and fast-paced environment.
