About the Role We are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our Rotorua Depot on a full-time permanent basis. This position reports directly to the Workshop Manager. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of workshop administration tasks, primarily utilizing the VMS system for maintenance operations. Your responsibilities will also include department purchasing, stock control (including conducting stock takes), and coordinating fleet bookings with external repairers and contractors as needed. About You We are looking for an administrator who takes pride in their work and excels at managing multiple priorities. Your strong time management skills will be essential in this role. A genuine interest in public transport and mechanics will help you adapt to the terminology and processes we use every day. As a team player, you will communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals and groups, ensuring your messages are clear and concise.
