We are looking for motivated individuals to join us in this mission. About the Role We are seeking a team leader for our Chemwash Rotorua team. While experience in exterior cleaning is not a prerequisite, we do require individuals who are reliable, personable, and willing to engage in hands-on work. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience or potential who is eager to become an integral part of our crew. The position involves physical work, often outdoors and occasionally at heights, offering a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. What the Job Involves - Performing low-pressure exterior cleaning on various surfaces including houses, buildings, decks, and driveways. - Assisting in leading or managing a small crew on-site. - Ensuring that each job runs smoothly, safely, and meets our high standards. - Being actively involved in the cleaning tasks, as this role is physically demanding. What We're Looking For - A confident individual who can lead others or take the initiative when needed. - A strong communicator who collaborates well within a team. - Someone who is physically fit and comfortable working at heights. - A current restricted or full New Zealand driver’s license. - An organized and reliable person who is eager to learn.
