About the Company
ANZCO Foods Waitara is one of New Zealand's largest exporters, employing a dedicated team of 3,000 staff globally. We specialize in producing high-quality meat and associated products for both the New Zealand market and international exports. Our commitment to delivering taste, nutrition, and well-being is backed by our core values of atawhaitanga, noho haepapa, kaitiakitanga, auahatanga, and whakawhirinakitanga, which guide our efforts towards teamwork, accountability, improvement, and sustainable decision-making.
About the Role
We currently have several Process Worker positions available at our facility located on Stafford Street, Waitara. While relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment is advantageous, it is not a requirement as we provide comprehensive training to all new employees. The available positions involve a mix of production, stores, and cleaning duties and are offered across day, afternoon, and night shifts.
These roles are full-time, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a guaranteed weekly earnings of at least $705.00. There is potential to earn more through additional allowances and piece rates.
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals who thrive in a team environment. Candidates should be eager to learn and develop their skills, committed to maintaining safety and quality standards, physically fit, and capable of standing for extended periods.
Requirements
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work with an employee-focused and customer-driven company that prioritizes a safe working environment. Candidates must complete a pre-employment medical assessment, which includes a drug and alcohol test, prior to receiving an employment offer. Additionally, applicants must possess New Zealand residency or a valid long-term work visa.
Benefits
Joining ANZCO Foods means becoming part of a well-established organization that values its employees and fosters a culture of safety and excellence. We are committed to providing a supportive work environment where you can grow and enhance your skills.
