About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual for an essential role within the Infant, Child, Adolescent Family Service (ICAFS). This position provides secondary support to tangata whaiora and their whānau within the community.
The role is varied, interesting, and occasionally challenging, set within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will engage in front-facing reception duties and clinical administrative tasks, which include taking minutes, providing administrative assistance to the wider team, and attending various meetings. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, training, and new experiences. The salary range for this role is $72,035 - $79,573.
About the Team/Service Location
ICAFS is a community-based team that provides specialist assessment and treatment for children and adolescents aged 0-18 and their families/whānau. We offer a variety of therapeutic approaches and have two specialist treatment teams focused on family therapy (including a screening team) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). The administrative team consists of three members, supported by a large clinical team of passionate professionals, including Social Workers, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Nurses, and Psychotherapists.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively and supportively with both the administrative and clinical teams. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys working in a front-facing health sector environment. Additional skills and experience that we value include:
