    About the Company We are a dedicated organization committed to providing exceptional support services across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. As we expand our offerings, we are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join our casual support team. About the Role We are currently seeking Casual Support Workers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes and communities. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with personal cares such as showering, dressing, and toileting - Offering medication support - Preparing meals and managing home tasks - Aiding with mobility and daily routines - Providing companionship and accompanying clients on community outings The role offers flexible working hours, including morning, lunch, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, depending on client needs and your availability. About You We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications and skills: - Previous experience in disability support, aged care, mental health, or community support - Confidence in working independently within home-based environments - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - An empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor - A Full or Restricted New Zealand driver's license, with personal transport preferred - Eligibility to work in New Zealand While relevant qualifications, such as the New Zealand Certificate in Health & Wellbeing, are advantageous, they are not essential if you have significant experience and the right attitude.
