About the Company
At NZCL, we are committed to supporting individuals with disabilities across New Zealand. Our Disability Support Services are built on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live fully, experience equal opportunities, and achieve their personal ambitions.
About the Role
We are currently seeking energetic and motivated Casual Support Workers to join our team in the Hamilton - Te Awamutu residential services. - An energetic and outgoing personality with the ability to think creatively
- Respect for diverse perspectives and lifestyles
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends

- A variety of shift options
- Free training towards NZQA Health and Wellbeing qualifications, allowing you to earn while you learn
- Access to our Employee Assistance Program for health and wellbeing support
- A referral bonus for bringing friends into our team
