About the Role
We are excited to invite an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Bulk division in Timaru. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to work alongside a highly skilled team while managing a top-tier fleet.
As the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operational activities and serve as the primary contact for our Dispatcher, driving team, and valued customers. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required to accommodate business and seasonal demands.
Requirements

- Experience in operations: You have a solid background in the transport industry, including hands-on experience in dispatching, scheduling, and leading teams.

- Local knowledge: Familiarity with the Canterbury and South Canterbury regions is advantageous.
