About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team at the airport in Manukau. Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Experience Mix: Approximately 1.5 to 2 years in both call center and administrative roles.
- Tech Confidence: Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Excellent Communicator: Friendly and professional in both phone and written communication.
- Detail-Oriented & Dependable: Capable of staying organized and working independently.
- Eager to Learn: Motivated, coachable, and enthusiastic about developing your skills.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Making outbound calls to support loyalty programs and address customer queries.
- Complaint Resolution: Responding professionally and empathetically to customer concerns.
- System Management: Updating customer records, call logs, and feedback in internal systems.
- Program Coordination: Assisting in the management of reward and recognition programs.
- Team Support: Providing assistance to internal teams with escalations and offering administrative support to senior staff.
