About the Role
We are currently seeking a Processing Officer to join our team at the Airpost, Syd Bradley Road branch on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be actively involved in sorting, consolidating, and dispatching parcels and freight, preparing them for our couriers to deliver. Your responsibilities may include working in various processing areas, such as preparation, manual or machine sorting, consolidation, and dispatch. This position offers a varied work environment that keeps you physically active. Though not mandatory, forklift experience would be advantageous.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we ask that you:
- Be available to work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 PM to 1:30 AM and on Friday from 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM.
- Be a committed teammate who prioritizes safety for yourself, others, and the worksite.
- Be prepared for a physically demanding role that involves heavy lifting and working in confined spaces.
- Hold a full driver’s license.
- Enjoy working hard and managing your time effectively.
- Exhibit good attention to detail and possess strong geographical knowledge.
