About the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team as a Loadout Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our loadout facility, ensuring that products are handled, stored, and dispatched in accordance with our company standards and regulatory requirements. You will lead a dedicated team of loadout staff, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and high performance. Key responsibilities include: - Supervising and coordinating all loadout and dispatch activities. - Ensuring compliance with health and safety, food safety, and operational standards. - Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and loadout schedules. - Training, mentoring, and managing the performance of the loadout team. - Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. - Liaising with internal departments and external transport providers to facilitate smooth operations. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: - Previous experience in a supervisory role within a logistics, dispatch, or meat processing environment. - The right to work in Australia (mandatory). - Strong knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - A forklift license.
