Our Commitment to Diversity We believe that diversity is essential for progress. To address the existing inequalities for women in technical leadership, we will prioritize women when filling this role. While the successful candidate must meet the core criteria for the position, we will also consider skills, experience, future potential, diversity, and the unique contributions you could bring to Trade Me. We encourage all candidates to apply, even if they do not meet every requirement. If you are excited about this opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
