About the Role
We are currently seeking a Grocery Assistant for a permanent full-time position, working 42.5 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for replenishing and organizing our grocery shelves and back-stocks. Additionally, you will assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
The working schedule for this position is from Tuesday to Saturday, 12 PM to 9 PM.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess the following skills and experience:
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy lifting
- A forklift certificate or a willingness to obtain one
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating a strong work ethic
- Honesty and friendliness, along with a positive attitude
- Basic IT skills to facilitate scanning in the distribution center orders and prioritizing direct orders
- Strong customer service skills
