About the Role
We currently have a full-time vacancy in our Hardware department due to internal movements. We are seeking individuals who are knowledgeable and experienced in hardware and/or relevant trades. The ideal candidate will possess enthusiasm, energy, and a strong team spirit, along with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working under the guidance of the Hardware Head of Department
- Adhering to a fixed roster, with a commitment of 40 hours per week from Sunday to Thursday
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in hardware and/or relevant trades
- Strong enthusiasm and team spirit
- A passion for customer service excellence
- Effective time management skills
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication skills
- Previous retail experience and/or experience in hardware and building products is advantageous; however, we welcome applicants with a proven retail background who are eager to learn.
