About the Role
We are currently seeking a Caregiver to join our team at Colwyn House Lifecare. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a minimum of 32 hours per week. The hourly rate ranges from $27.80 to $30.03, with shifts available during the AM, PM, nights, and weekends.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care with kindness and patience in a supportive atmosphere.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- Proven experience in caring for others, ideally in an aged care environment.
- A minimum NZQA Level 3 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent qualification from New Zealand or overseas (such as a Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma in Nursing).
- Experience working with individuals with dementia is desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people, along with outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, coupled with a sound understanding of health and safety procedures.
