About the Role
We are currently seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers to join our specialized team. Our team members are our greatest asset, and we are dedicated to hiring and training the best talent in the industry. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to provide support to clients in their own homes, specifically in Warkworth and surrounding regions.
As a Specialist Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential through both practical and emotional support. Your responsibilities will vary based on individual care plans and may include:
- Meal preparation
- Community outings and integration
- Administering medication
- Personal care tasks such as showering and toileting
- Bowel management
- Manual handling and hoist transfers
- Home management tasks
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help and support others while striving for excellence in all tasks.
- Previous healthcare or caregiving experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work on alternative weekends are required.
- Healthcare qualifications are a plus.
- Most positions require a full New Zealand driver’s license and reliable transportation.

We offer a competitive pay range of $23.50 to $29.10 per hour, along with a variety of shifts to suit your schedule.
