About the Role We are currently seeking a Painting Manager who will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects throughout the Hawkes Bay region. In this leadership role, you will have four direct reports and will report directly to the Managing Director. Please note that this position is based in the Hawkes Bay, and candidates will need to be open to relocation. The salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, along with full use of a vehicle. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be tasked with leading and managing compliance with all employment obligations within the division. Your main responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish - Supervising and managing trades teams, subcontractors, and suppliers - Understanding financial statements, managing budgets, and negotiating contracts - Driving business development and maintaining existing client relationships - Promoting a strong commitment to health and safety across the division Benefits We offer a strong pipeline of work and a competitive salary, along with the full use of a vehicle.
