About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Civil Infrastructure to join our Infrastructure team in Auckland. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead high-impact water and wastewater projects that play a vital role in shaping New Zealand's communities.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects from their initial planning stages to successful completion. This includes collaborating closely with clients to ensure that all projects adhere to their defined scope, budget, and timelines. Your mechanical and multidisciplinary expertise will be invaluable in addressing complex infrastructure challenges, and you will ensure that Health and Safety standards are upheld at every stage of the project.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for candidates with over five years of experience in project management or civil infrastructure delivery. A background in water, wastewater, treatment plants, or multidisciplinary projects is essential. You should possess strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside councils, utilities, or water authorities. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, coupled with excellent communication skills, is crucial. It is also important that you have experience in New Zealand and the right to work here.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes five weeks of annual leave and a 4% employer contribution to KiwiSaver.
