About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for actively managing several high-profile Council-owned buildings. Your focus will be on ensuring cost-effective, fit-for-purpose solutions that address the needs of both the Council and the community. As a member of our Property & Facility Management Team, you will oversee building maintenance, compliance, and tenant relationships, while also supporting various property-related projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience with managing HVAC systems
- Familiarity with building management systems
- A strong understanding of asset management principles
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Project coordination experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge of the trades industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
