About the Role
We are currently seeking a full-time Sleep Coach to join our Christchurch team. In this unique position, you will leverage your customer service and sales skills to contribute positively to the lives of others. As a Sleep Coach, you will work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards. Your efforts will help drive revenue, promote business growth, and enhance our market reputation.
This role requires a flexible approach, as you will be working on a rotating roster that includes weekends, public holidays, and extended trading hours. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving sales targets and making recommendations to enhance service delivery.
- Coaching customers through their Sleep Health journey and providing tailored recommendations.
- Participating in product knowledge training and staying informed about our offerings.
- Following up with clients and preparing reports as required.
- Performing general office duties to ensure the clinic remains well-maintained, including stock management and cleanliness.
- Checking and maintaining trial equipment for client use.
- Communicating effectively with third parties when necessary.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment.
- Strong administrative and retail experience, including visual merchandising, point-of-sale operations, and cash management.
- A calm demeanor and the ability to demonstrate compassion under pressure.
- Excellent and adaptable communication skills.
- Active listening abilities with a knack for finding solutions to customer concerns.
- Familiarity with MYOB or MedTech is a plus.
- A background in healthcare or pharmacy is preferred.
