About the Role We are currently seeking a results-driven and target-focused Retail Assistant to join our store team on a part-time and casual basis. If you are passionate about engaging with customers, achieving sales goals, and leaving a lasting impression, Pandora could be the perfect fit for you. The part-time schedule includes shifts on Monday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Our Retail Assistants serve as brand ambassadors, bridging the connection between our products and customers. You will play a crucial role in the store's success by influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing your knowledge of our products and brand. Every shift offers you the chance to help customers create special memories through active engagement and exceptional service. What to Expect from the Role - Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by employing effective selling techniques, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value. - Build a strong connection between our brand and customers by addressing their queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach based on individual personalities and needs. - Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience. - Foster customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data. - Assist with product deliveries by unloading and properly storing items in the store. - Maintain high shop floor standards through effective merchandising and taking pride in your environment. - Operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
