About the Role We are excited to announce an opening for an Electrical Supervisor in Mt. Wellington. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $50 to $55 per hour, depending on experience. In this position, you will oversee the daily organization of assigned field staff, with a primary focus on customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include supervising and installing electrical equipment according to job specifications and current regulations. You will ensure the optimal reliability and performance of our clients’ plants and equipment by completing projects and maintenance work on schedule and to the required standards. Key tasks will involve the installation of PLC, Communications, and SCADA equipment, while ensuring compliance with contract agreements between Omexom and our clients. You will also be responsible for planning, managing, and mentoring staff, coordinating project site logistics, and producing quality assurance documentation in line with various contract specifications. Additionally, you will manage labor to maintain excellent productivity and industrial relations, while promoting safe working methods in accordance with the Health and Safety in Employment Act.
