About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Class 5 / Hiab Truck Driver to join our close-knit team in Auckland Metro. In this full-time position, you will primarily operate our 8-wheel Hino Hiab truck, with approximately 85-90% of your work dedicated to Hiab services, including deliveries and onsite lifts. We are looking for a candidate who understands the importance of doing things correctly and is not inclined to cut corners. While the majority of your work will involve driving Hiab trucks, flexibility to operate curtain siders and other vehicles in our fleet is essential. Your versatility will greatly enhance the value you bring to our team. Additionally, proficiency in truck and trailer operations is necessary for this role. Requirements To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate: - Strong knowledge of the logistics industry and experience operating a Hiab - Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative - Flexibility to collaborate effectively with team members and other staff - A reliable work ethic and commitment to teamwork - Good physical fitness to handle the demands of the job - A long-term commitment to your career with us This position requires you to work from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, five days a week, with some weekend work as needed.
