About the Role We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic Auckland Transport team. You should already possess strong customer service skills and be ready to embrace a new challenge with us at Fliway. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe delivery and pickup of customer products within a designated area. This includes ensuring the quality and security of goods while completing necessary scanning and documentation. Additionally, you will provide assistance to fellow team members as directed by management or supervisors. This position offers variety, as you will work both at our Auckland depot and out on-site, delivering and collecting freight from residential and commercial locations. Requirements To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who are: - Hardworking, honest, and reliable - Physically fit, capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving freight by hand and trolley - Flexible in their approach, as a typical day may involve loading freight, driving, processing deliveries, and providing excellent customer service - Organized, with the ability to manage documentation and keep paperwork in order - A strong team player, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to safety and quality in their work - Holder of a clean HT license, with a minimum of Class 4 We value individuals with a positive personality who can build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
