In this permanent, full-time position, you will be responsible for conducting Warrant of Fitness (WOF) and Certificate of Fitness (COF) inspections in accordance with AA and NZTA standards. Your key responsibilities will include producing accurate verbal and written reports on vehicle inspections, delivering excellent customer service, and providing professional advice. You will also promote relevant AA services and products that align with customer needs. Additionally, you will contribute to team targets while ensuring a safe, tidy, and compliant workspace. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum WOF and COF A Certification. A solid understanding of vehicle systems, including suspension, brakes, safety equipment, and lighting, is essential. You should possess great communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude. A full NZ Driver Licence, preferably Class 5, is also required.
