About the Role We are currently seeking a Vehicle Testing Officer COF A to join our close-knit, professional team. In this permanent, full-time position, you will be responsible for conducting Warrant of Fitness (WOF) and Certificate of Fitness (COF) inspections in accordance with AA and NZTA standards. Your role will involve producing accurate verbal and written reports on vehicle inspections, providing exceptional customer service, and offering professional advice tailored to customer needs. You will also promote relevant AA services and products, contribute to team targets, and ensure a safe, tidy, and compliant workspace. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: - Minimum WOF and COF A Certification - A solid understanding of vehicle systems, including suspension, brakes, safety equipment, and lighting - Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail - A customer-first attitude - A full New Zealand Driver Licence (Class 5 preferred) Benefits At the AA, we value our employees and strive to create a supportive and collaborative work culture.
