The Opportunity – Drive the Future of Public Transport in Māngere
We have an exciting opportunity at Ritchies as we prepare to embark on a significant new public transport contract. To support this initiative, we are building two brand-new depots in Māngere and are looking to hire 250 drivers. This is your chance to be part of a landmark project from the very beginning.
We are seeking experienced Class 2 or Class 4 Drivers to join our team, providing reliable public transport services on urban routes across South Auckland. Our goal is to deliver high-quality services to the community, ensuring they have access to dependable transportation.
Our training and onboarding sessions occur every two weeks, allowing you to start your journey with us without delay. Most new drivers complete their training within 3 to 4 weeks, and we offer rolling start dates as we continue to expand our team in the coming months.

About You

What You Bring
- A full Class 2 NZ licence (Class 4 is an advantage)
- A current P endorsement (or a willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Reliability, commitment, and a focus on safety
- Ability to work a roster of up to 6 days across Monday to Sunday
- Flexibility for shifts between 4 am and 2 am
