About the Role
We are currently seeking a full-time, fixed-term employee to join our Policy and Te Tiriti Branch Performance team until November 28, 2025. In this role, you will provide vital support for the operations of the Policy and Te Tiriti Branch.
Your responsibilities will include managing several key systems that are crucial for the Branch and the wider Department. Additionally, you will assist with travel arrangements and financial support. The team you will be joining oversees the management of a system that records all significant documents sent to our Ministers and Cabinet, as well as a system that facilitates the flow of funds from offshore online gambling back to various stakeholders in New Zealand.
This position offers the opportunity to learn and manage essential finance, travel, and tracking systems while building strong relationships throughout the Branch and Department.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and have a proactive approach to their work. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage multiple systems are essential for success in this role.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $58,172 to $69,312, along with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
