About the Role We are currently seeking a Customer/Service Person to join our team in Cromwell. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools and machinery, are committed to delivering excellent customer service, and are eager to develop their skills into a rewarding career. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our equipment is ready for hire and assisting customers with their inquiries both over the phone and in-branch. While prior industry experience is not required, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with the team.
