About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Trading Manager, or an Apparel Manager if one is present, to lead and coach your team toward success. Your creative eye for visual merchandising and planograms will play a crucial role in creating an appealing and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting and reporting to the Trading Manager.
- Applying visual merchandising techniques and delivering associated guidelines.
- Ensuring adherence to the Apparel Merchandising Principles in all areas.
- Assisting the Trading Manager in achieving Guide labour percentages while maintaining roster coverage across all hours of trade, seven days a week.
- Supporting the Trading Manager in meeting sales targets through effective merchandising and availability processes.
- Conducting weekly reviews of sales and gross profit performance through effective plan-act-review cycles.
- Fostering a sales culture in your area through effective review and coaching.
- Delivering consistent Stockroom Ways of Working, including ensuring accurate picking of click and collect orders within designated timelines.
- Taking ownership of your own development.

About You
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following minimum requirements:
- At least one year of retail or customer service experience.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate people.
- Adaptability to change.
- Competence in executing company guidelines.
