About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager who is passionate about culinary excellence and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences. In this role, you will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and play a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the leadership and management of daily operations - Managing inventory, including food, beverages, and merchandise - Ensuring financial and operational efficiency while maintaining a guest-first mentality - Overseeing the hiring, training, and development of new staff members - Coaching and mentoring existing team members and managers - Participating in weekly rostering and time management for hourly staff - Maintaining professional standards for the restaurant and team members, including cleanliness and appearance - Upholding safety, sanitation, and security standards, including safe handling of chemicals - Ensuring that the building, equipment, and furnishings are clean and well-maintained - Engaging with and committing to the local communities we serve - Creating a safe and harassment-free environment for all team members and managers - Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and all relevant laws and regulations Most importantly, you will embody and promote Wahlburgers' mission, vision, philosophy, and core values through your leadership.
