In this position, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our production equipment, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role operates on a structured 4 on 4 off shift pattern, which includes two day shifts, two night shifts, and four days off to provide you with a balanced work schedule. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: - Proficiency in operating and maintaining machinery. - Strong attention to detail. - Physical fitness to handle job-related tasks. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team. - A forklift license is desirable, but not essential. - Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
