About the Role We are currently seeking a Factory Helping Hand to join our team on a full-time, temporary to permanent basis. In this role, you will assist the Machine Operator in the manufacturing of plastic tanks, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities In this position, your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring machines during operation to ensure optimal production efficiency. - Performing quality control checks to uphold production standards. - Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. - Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines at all times. - Communicating effectively with team members to facilitate a seamless production process. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience: - Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment. - Strong initiative and the ability to work independently. - Good communication skills. - Reliable transportation to and from work. - A mechanically-minded approach to tasks. - Physical fitness and capability for heavy lifting. Hours of Work This position offers the following work schedule: - Monday to Friday - 2 PM to Midnight Hourly Rate The pay for this role is $27.50 per hour, plus an additional 8% holiday pay.
