About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a diverse range of vehicles, particularly focusing on heavy diesel systems. Key Responsibilities In this position, you will: - Use diagnostic tools and oscilloscopes to identify and repair electrical faults - Work on a variety of vehicles, including heavy diesel equipment - Perform on-site servicing and repairs at client locations, with the necessary vehicle and tools provided - Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely and accurate service - Provide high-quality technical support and problem-solving skills Your Daily Responsibilities Your daily tasks will include: - Routine servicing and maintenance of heavy vehicles and diesel equipment - Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical faults - Utilizing your trade expertise to ensure top-quality workmanship What We're Looking For We are seeking a qualified Auto Electrician with: - Hands-on experience in the field - Strong fault-finding and auto electrical repair skills - A collaborative spirit and good communication abilities - A pride in their trade and commitment to quality work - A New Zealand Full Driver's License (Class 2 or higher preferred) Additional Requirements Candidates must meet the following criteria: - Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test - Clear Ministry of Justice check - Must be a New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident, or possess valid working rights in Australia If you are an experienced Auto Electrician looking for a rewarding opportunity in a beautiful location, we invite you to apply and join our team.
