About the Role We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Trolley Concierge. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our customers enjoy a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience by providing them with the assistance they need. Key Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers upon arrival and offering assistance with trolleys as they leave the store. You will manage the availability and cleanliness of trolleys throughout the day and assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases. It is essential to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times and collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a friendly and approachable attitude, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial. Additionally, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Candidates should also be physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. We will provide the necessary uniform to suit different weather types. This role requires a commitment of 42.5 hours per week, with working hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
