About the Role
As a Business Leader at Travel Associates, you will not simply manage a store; you will lead a hub of luxury travel expertise. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with experienced consultants, nurturing client loyalty, and bringing your entrepreneurial spirit to life through networking, events, and strategic growth initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of expert luxury consultants to exceed both sales and customer experience targets.
- Implementing local marketing strategies and organizing client events to expand your client base.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the business, which includes staffing, cost management, and overall operational excellence.
- Coaching and mentoring team members through monthly one-on-one sessions, identifying growth opportunities for each consultant.
- Building strong relationships within the industry and keeping abreast of luxury travel trends.
- Delivering a Net Promoter Score (NPS) that reflects world-class client satisfaction.
