About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Reach Operator to join our team in Rolleston as soon as possible. This is an ongoing temp-to-perm position that offers flexible shifts to fit your lifestyle. Position Details - Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm - Location: Rolleston - Pay Rate: $26.50 per hour plus 8% holiday pay Key Responsibilities - Safely operate Reach trucks to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse or worksite. - Conduct routine checks and maintenance of Reach trucks to ensure safety and efficiency. - Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch. - Assist with general warehouse duties as required. - Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies. What We're Looking For - Essential experience in driving a Reach Truck. - Valid Reach truck certification. - Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices. - Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items as needed. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - A reliable team player with strong communication skills.
