About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our dynamic team in Christchurch North, Papanui. This is a Monday to Friday position, requiring availability for 20 hours each week. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing both inward and outward stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and building strong relationships with our external carriers. This position offers you the chance to make a significant impact and truly make the role your own.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Managing all inward and outward goods
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately
- Keeping the stockroom tidy, clean, and well-organized
- Facilitating the flow of stock from the stockroom to the sales floor through collaboration with the entire team
- Promoting a safe work environment
What Will You Need to Bring to This Role?
- Previous stockroom experience
- A full driver's license is mandatory
- A strong focus on health and safety
- Administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A driven and motivated attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to cope well under pressure
- A positive attitude
